| Tuesday, November 18, 2003 Dear valued myVine user, We are happy to announce that we are in the process of beginning the email server upgrade. This will drastically improve the email server performance and stability, while providing you with many additional tools for your usage. Early Thursday morning, November 20th, we will begin the upgrade to the new email servers for customers with an email address ending in @tcon.net. All other customers will follow within the next few weeks. With these upgrades, you will notice a brand new look in Webmail, a new SpamAlert protection product, and more powerful Anti-virus product. Webmail will include all of the features that were available in the past, but now offers a more user-friendly look and feel, as well as personal calendars, notes, tasks, and a more robust address book. We will also be launching a new feature called SpamAlert. This is a product aimed at reducing and preventing SPAM email, in your inbox. Also included, will be a more powerful anti-virus solution for the protection of your mailbox. All of these features are FREE to you as a valued customer. Webmail will still be available by logging in to http://webmail.myvine.com , but with a different, more user-friendly look. Here's a sneak preview of the new Webmail system.

We are sure that you will find that Webmail is not only a mail center, but a Virtual Office! SpamAlert is a very powerful feature we are sure you will love. This product will capture what it believes to be SPAM and will send you a report every six hours. This email report will come from "spamblocker@spamalert.net" and have a subject line of "YOUR SPAMALERT DIGEST" similar to the following:
In this email, you will find a list of the email that was blocked and is being held. From this email you may:
WebMail also integrates many tools in with the SpamAlert product. From Webmail, click on the "Spam" link. This will take you to your personalized options for SpamAlert. From here you can subscribe and unsubscribe, view held Spam, request your SpamAlert Digest to be sent or create your personal Whitelists.
