Dear valued myVine user,

As part of our ongoing commitment to upgrading your Internet services, myVine is pleased to announce that we will be upgrading the email server for customers with an email address ending in @myvine.com on November 26th at 3AM.

While we are upgrading the mail systems, all new mail and all of the new features will be available in real-time for you. However, any email still on the old server will be temporarily unavailable for 12-24 hours, starting at 3AM on November 24th, while it is being moved to the new system. We recommend that you download any email you may need before midnight on November 25th, while we are completing this email upgrade. There will be no loss of mail during this upgrade.

Remember, with these upgrades, you will notice a new look in Webmail, a new SpamAlert protection product, and more powerful Anti-virus protection. Other Internet Service Providers may retail Spam protection for as much as $2.00 per month. We are including this product for FREE of charge as a way to say thank you for your loyalty.

All of these new features will be available immediately after the start of this upgrade! This is only stage 1... there are many more features coming soon.
