We are very excited to announce that we have numerous service upgrades to roll out over the next few months. These service upgrades will add more value and enjoyment to your internet experience.

The first service improvement will be to our e-mail system. We will be migrating to a brand new platform on brand new hardware to provide you with a more stable email environment. As we have all experienced, Spam and Viruses are a real nuisance to our inboxes. Our new SpamAlert system will correct this immediately. The SpamAlert system sends you a digest with all of your quarantined spam every six hours for your review. It also allows for the creation of your own blacklist (block lists) and whitelist (allow lists). This product retails with other providers for $2.00 per month. We are including this product for FREE of charge as a way to say thank you for your loyal support.

Stage 2 of the upgrade is a migration to a different dialup network platform with multiple national carriers. This will provide unparalleled redundancy and the ability to have traveling local access numbers for the continental United States . This migration will take place over the course of the next few months. Though this should be a seamless move we will need your cooperation during segments of this change. We will be very pro-active with our communications. Watch for newsletters (like this one), e-mails, postcards and even phone messages for directions and next steps. All of these changes will enhance your internet experiences and services.

Stage 3 of the upgrade will be the launching of several new end-user services.  The first new menu item will be HyperSpeed, a compression software that speeds up a typical dial-up connection 4 to 6 times faster. Also on the menu is HyperSafe, a new family filtering product that allows complete control of the internet through your home computer. Both of these products will be available with a 30-day free trial period.
